The Hub

So, today, I was doing some research on the layout of the Hub, for a thread (I like adhering to set things, so sue me) and I thought this might be useful for everyone.
Please do note, I didn't make ANY of these layouts, I just scavenged, in true Torchwood style (well, minus the aliens and guns) I did take the liberty to upload them to my own photobucket, so we won't have to fear for the pics disappearing cause someone didn't log in for so many days, or cause they deleted the pics.
It has to be said that floorplans might read a little difficult, seeing how, apparently, the Hub has some nine levels. So, for example, the boardroom and armoury may seem the same place, but in fact, the boardroom is above the armoury.
First of all, there's somewhat of a floorplan, lettered and all:
A Tosh' workplace B Owen's workplace (at least in s1, possibly Gwen's in s2) C Down to interrogation D Game area (basketball net place?) E Autopsy room F Jack's office G Sofa H Display area I Gwen's workplace (and previously Suzie's) during s1, in s2 cleared area1 J Main doors K Fountain/Rift Machine L Most possibly Iantho's workplace (s2) M Armoury and Boardroom2 (s1) N Balconies (or whatever you want to call the sidewalks above Hub groundfloor) O Stairs down to the cells/the Vault P Stairs to the balconies
The Invisible Lift is most likely located in one of the squares on the right side of the Fountain/Rift Machine. And it's safe to say the little circle in Jack's office is the porthole to his bunk, or bedroom, or whatever you want to call it.
It's not clear where several other locations inside the Hub are, but we do know not everything is tagged in this picture. An overview of areas not covered in the picture:
1. The area that was previously Gwen's space, was first Suzie's workshop, prior to Gwen's job at Torchwood, and when Gwen moved to (possibly) Owen's place, Iantho got his own workspace there. 2. This is the location of the boardroom in season 1. However, as seen in Adrift (02x10) this is now some sort of greenhouse.
I've found various legends and explanations for this little map, but this one was made by Omphalos @ Livejournal For the full explanation of the Hub by Omphalos, see HERE.
And not just fans have made layouts, or explained parts of the Hub, no, apparently there's a Torchwood Magazine, and it had a piece about the layout of the hub, so here's the links to those six pages.
So far my contribution of useful information for the day I might add more if I can find more reliable floorplans, or more information about the different height levels and such.
