Ianto had had just about enough. He knew he wasn't crazy and as he watched the CCTV footage one last time -- watched as 'Tosh' passed out and Jack moved to pick her up -- he knew that she had never really died.
And if she hadn't died and she wasn't here, then Jack must have had something to do with all of this. But why? Tosh had always been the heart of the group in his eyes -- she held them together. Hell, look at how they had fallen apart since her 'death'. There wasn't a single trace that ever pointed to the fact that she even existed here. They had gotten rid of everything. Her station? Cold and desolate without the little bits and bobs she used to have laying around.
So, knowing his eyes weren't playing tricks on him, knowing that Tosh was alive -- well, it wasn't enough. He needed to hear the words from Jack's mouth, get an explanation, and then put his two cents in and maybe knock some sense into his lover.
Leaning back in the chair behind Jack's desk, he propped his feet up and settled in, waiting for Jack to return.

It had taken a while but finally Jack made his way from Toshiko's apartment back to The Hub. He toyed with the idea of bringing back some take-away but not knowing it anyone would be there when he returned he decided to simply snack on whatever was left in the community fridge. He could have sworn he saw a slice or two of pizza from the day before.
Walking toward his office Jack took off his coat. Folding it over his arm he looked out over the empty Hub. Figuring Ianto had gone home as he had expected by this point he sighed and made his way to his office. Opening the door, Jack hung his coat up on the coat-rack. It wasn't until he turned around that he noticed the figure sitting behind his desk.
"Oh. Ianto," he said pleasantly. "I thought you might have gone home. It's late."
Walking around the desk he sat on the edge looking down at the resident tea-boy. He eyed the feet propped up on his desk and looked back at Ianto. Sure, he propped his feet up on his desk all the time so he wasn't worried about messing up the furniture but it was the fact that the neat-freak was doing so that amused him.
"So tell me what brings you to my chair."

"Oh. Ianto, I thought you might have gone home. It's late."
"Nope," he replied, picking invisible lint off of his suit jacket, "was waiting for you."
"So tell me what brings you to my chair."
Well, here goes nothing, he thought.
"Been thinking about Tosh lately," he murmured, staring at a spot in the distance. "We didn't even have a funeral."
He shook his head, standing up. "Despite being co-workers, I used to think of her as something like a best friend. So I went down to the cryo chambers earlier, just to talk to her -- pretend she was actually able to listen. But you know what I found?" he asked, finally looking at Jack. "Nothing."
He started pacing, trying to control his anger and make this believable. He knew the truth, but he wanted to hear it from Jack's lips.
"She wasn't there."
