“I have only been in London for a couple of hours. I originally landed in Ireland and traveled a bit.” "Ireland? I've been. What did they do to you?" she asked in amusement. “how often did that happen to you?” "Well, not that exactly, but I got kidnapped by a lovely couple once." “sure!” Jenny smiled and she looked back at UNIT. “what about them?” "Well, I'm fairly certain they're familiar with London," she replied. "'Sides which, they have your ship, so it's not like you're going to disappear on them, are you?" Martha's heart jumped when she started to hear a familiar sound. Vworp, Vworp! She looked around looking for the box. But no sign of it. On the other hand, a tree began to materialise. "Huh?"

“have you? I liked it there. It was nice.” Jenny smiled. She thought Ireland was really pretty and she would love go back there. Jenny looked at Martha confusingly when she had asked what they did to her. “what do you mean?” Jenny asked Martha. ‘why did a couple kidnap you?” Jenny asked looking at Martha curiously. She was very interested in Martha’s, well what would become a story.
“don’t you have to work?” Jenny then asked Martha looking at the van. She then turned back to Martha and she then said “disappear on them? Are they going to be watching me?” Jenny was wondering if that’s really why they took her ship. Then something strange started happening. There was a strange noise, one Jenny couldn’t describe and the next thing she knew there was a tree materialising. Jenny looked at it confusingly and she then said “that’s odd. Trees don’t normally do that.”

"what do you mean?” Jenny asked Martha. ‘why did a couple kidnap you?” "To get to the fast lane," Martha smirked. “don’t you have to work?” Jenny then asked Martha looking at the van. She then turned back to Martha and she then said “disappear on them? Are they going to be watching me?” "Don't worry about it," Martha shook her head. "Like I said: good people." “that’s odd. Trees don’t normally do that.” "I don't think that's a tree..." Martha marvelled.

I don't think that's a tree... Indeed, it wasn't. After his counterpart had given him the temporal coordinates of his 'daughter', the ride was ridiculously smooth. Not a bad thing, he reminded himself. Good thing, even. He flicked the button to show him the outside and saw that he was in a park. Slipping his hat onto his head, he flipped the red lever and headed out. He smiled at the two women. "Hello!" he greeted them both warmly. "I'm the Doctor of Time's Past!" He shrugged. "Sort of, anyway!" "Doctor Jones, I assume?" he smiled at his own reference and held out his hand to the darker woman. He looked the blonde over appraisingly. "And you must be Jenny," he held his hand out to her, though his face betrayed some trepidation, as if he wasn't entirely certain what her reaction was going to be.

Jenny smiled at Martha’s response. “then what happened?” she asked looking up at the dark haired woman. Jenny smiled and she then said “okay. So what is there to do here in London? I think it’s a lot better now that I have someone to show me around instead of me trying to find my way around.” Jenny laughed.
Jenny looked at the man in front of them now. the Doctor of times past?. that just got the blond more confused anyway. Jenny then looked at him again and she nodded. She watched him hold his hand out to her and she then said “wait, you’re the Doctor?” she wasn’t sure of what was going on. That just showed how much she knew about time lords, even though the Doctor had said she was only an echo. She knew he didn’t mean that later.

"We were attacked by giant crabs," she said. "Until the Doctor saved us and the entire planet by freeing us from a Traffic jam that had been stuck for twenty five years." “okay. So what is there to do here in London? I think it’s a lot better now that I have someone to show me around instead of me trying to find my way around.” "Travelling's always better with a friend," Martha replied. "Uh... hi," Martha's widened at the sight of a man stepping out of a tree, smiling at the bright greeting. "I'm the Doctor of Time's Past!" "Doctor?" Martha repeated in bisbelief. He was blond! Ok, maybe she should looked at that file while she had the chance! "Sort of?" Martha found herself blushing, which she absolutely didn't want to do! "Doctor Jones, I assume?" This was a fetish for dorks, that was this was! "How did you know?"

The Doctor beamed through her confusion. Maybe he got a little satisfaction from putting the young woman off her balance, but it was the first time since he'd been 'taken' that he was in control of something. "That's right," he agreed. "You're familiar with my tenth incarnation: skinny idiot with the hair? Yes, well, that's me, five 'me's from now. And I was taken from the timestream, so I'm as 'present' as he is." He smiled again, in a 'best if you just accept it' kind of way. The Doctor's smile softened. "Well, I've told me about you, of course!" “wait, you’re the Doctor?” The Doctor's smile disappeared and he put his hand away. "That's right," he confirmed with his eyebrows raised, concerned about her approval.

“sounds like some traffic jam.” Jenny smiled to Martha. She wondered if she would go on any adventures like that, well she knew she would anyway. Jenny smiled at Martha and nodded. “a lot more fun traveling with a friend.”
Jenny looked at the past Doctor and listened to him and Martha talk. Jenny wasn’t the only one who was confused as it would seem. “he is not an idiot.” Jenny said folding her arms, glaring at him. If it wasn’t for him, she wouldn’t be here. She had then asked him, using his words “have you seen said skinny idiot?”
Jenny understood what he was saying. It sort of reminded her of the generation machine she was “generated” out of. Jenny watched his smile fade when she didn’t shake his hand. She made an apologetic look and she then asked him curiously “so technically you don’t know me do you, if you’re a past self of the doctor?” Jenny gave him a confused look, then smiled. He was still the same man, her father, sort of.

“sounds like some traffic jam.” "Keeps me from complaining about the A1," Martha replied wryly. “a lot more fun traveling with a friend.” "That's why the Doctor always has a companion. Mostly." "Well..." Martha corrected, pointingly at the Doctor and shrugged. "Only once you get to know him." She smiled. "Well, I've told me about you, of course!" That brought Martha to a halt. "Really?" she asked, oh so innocently, wondering what he told him. Oh, he didn't! He told Donna about her feelings, why not himself? Oh my God! Where was a hole when you needed it?

The Doctor opened his mouth to tell her exactly who was the better judge of himself than himself when Martha came to his defense. "Well..." Martha corrected, pointingly at the Doctor and shrugged. "Only once you get to know him." "Tha..." Only he realised that it wasn't much of defense. "Hey," he retorted, slightly wounded. The Doctor shot her a puzzled look. "have you seen said skinny idiot?” "Of course! He sent me here, didn't he?" “so technically you don’t know me do you, if you’re a past self of the doctor?” "Well, I think it's I don't actually know you. Whereas technically I do," he said, delivering this with a smile.

Jenny smiled at Martha. “Cline was going to travel with me, but I got caught in the wormhole.” Jenny sighed. didn’t know if Martha had met him formally or just said a few words to him. Jenny knew that the Doctor and Donna knew him. After all, Jenny did kiss him to get them out of the jail cell.
“if he is an idiot, wouldn’t you be calling yourself an idiot?” Jenny asked with a smile. “so does that make you the blonde idiot?” Jenny said in a joking way. She laughed. She wondered if he knew she was only joking.
She turned to the other Doctor. “he sent you here? Why didn’t he come here himself?” Jenny asked curiously. She folded her arms and she wondered why he would do that. Jenny smiled. “I guess I understand.” some what Jenny smiled to him. She then asked the fifth Doctor “so why did he send you? Can I see other you?”

“Cline was going to travel with me, but I got caught in the wormhole.” "He seemed nice," Martha replied quietly. She grinned as the Doctor got more flustered. Some things never change.

“if he is an idiot, wouldn’t you be calling yourself an idiot?” Jenny asked with a smile. “so does that make you the blond idiot?” "It's called 'senility', dear girl," he retorted, reminded of the local Manussans who had given him the name 'idiot' for his entire stay on that planet. Suffice to say he didn't really want to repeat the process. "Affects the elderly. I am really quite brilliant, actually!" “he sent you here? Why didn’t he come here himself?” "Well! I was curious, and he was... busy... and well, this is where my curiosity gets me!" his voice got higher as he spoke. “so why did he send you? Can I see other you?” "Soon, no doubt," the Doctor was sulking by now. Wasn't he good enough?

“he is nice.” Jenny smiled to Martha.
Jenny laughed at the Doctor’s response to her calling him an idiot. She remembered that the other Doctor uses that word all to often, so she did figure they were the same.
Jenny made a face when the Doctor said his other self was busy. She didn’t mind, at least she had one of them anyway. “what are you curious about?” Jenny looked at him. She then wondered if this past self knew enough about her, if the doctor told him what had happened on Messaline.
Jenny looked at Martha who was quiet and she then turned back to the Doctor. “you promised I could travel with you. You still keeping that promise or do I still have to travel through random wormholes?” Jenny looked at him with a smile. She then remembered that Martha was going to show her around London. "you can come with us. Martha was going to show me around London."

"It's called 'senility', dear girl," Martha's eyebrow rose at that. "Senility doesn't work that way, Doctor," Martha pointed out, unable to keep a grin from her face. "you can come with us. Martha was going to show me around London." Martha's heart leapt in her chest at Jenny's offer and she looked over at the Doctor. Oh, tempting... "No, that's fine, Jenny. I... family. You know." She shrugged. Well, Jenny didn't know, of course, but hopefully she wasn't going to ask. He's never even met Rose... She stopped that train immediately. There was Tom to consider.
